How to Change Email Address and Mobile Number for OPPO/HeyTap Account?

 

Situation: You want to change email address and phone number for HeyTap/OPPO account.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Some services may require ColorOS 5.0 and above, please check directly on your phone. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

*HeyTap account/OPPO account are terms that can be used interchangeably.

 

Tap [Settings], tap your Heytap/OPPO account at the top and tap [Sign-In & Security]. 

To change phone number, tap [Mobile Number] > [Change Phone Number]. Enter new mobile number and tap [Get verification code]. The verification code will be sent to the mobile number you just added. Enter verification code and tap [Bind] > [Done].

To change email address, tap [Email Address] > [Change email address]. Enter new email address and tap [Get verification code]. The verification code will be sent to the email address you just added. Enter verification code and tap [Bind] > [Done].
