Why My Phone Storage Remains Unchanged after Deleting some Photos and Videos?

 

Situation: Your phone storage is still the same after deleting some photos and videos.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.2 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

The deleted photos and video will still be stored in the "Recently Deleted" album for one month, in case you accidentally delete the photos/videos and want to restore them back.

If you want delete the photos/videos permanently, go to [Photos] > [Album] > [Recently Deleted] and delete the photos and videos inside the album. The storage will be released.
