Why is There Different Step Count on HeyTap and OPPO Watch's Daily Activity?

The recorded data will be reflected on your Daily Activity, however, if there are multiple devices linked on your HeyTap Health Account, the displayed step count might not be accurate. To know more about this feature and how the other devices linked on your HeyTap Health account affects the accuracy of your results, check the guide we created below.

Why is the step count reflected on OPPO Watch's Daily Activity and HeyTap Health application different?
Daily Activity reads and records the steps that are detected by the sensors of your OPPO Watch. Meanwhile, the Home Tab in HeyTap Health application integrates both of the data from your watch and smartphone. Meaning to say, you're going to see the total of your daily activity from both your watch and smartphone on the home of HeyTap Health App. So, if there are multiple smart devices linked to your HeyTap Health account, the step count displayed might be different from that recorded by Daily Activity on your OPPO Watch.
To go to your OPPO Watch's Daily Activity, follow the presented instructions:
Access your [App List] by pressing the [Home Button] on the right side of your OPPO Watch.
Select the [Daily Activity] icon.
You can now browse all of the data for your daily activity, including your step count, workout progress, calories burned, activity sessions, and the floors you've climbed. You can do this by scrolling up and down the Daily Activity application on your OPPO Watch.
To check your step count on HeyTap Health application, follow these instructions:
Go to the [HeyTap Health] application on your smartphone.
You can now see your data and step count on this Home tab.
