Why Can't My Friends Access the Internet with My Personal Hotspot On when Using ORoaming?
Situation: My friends are unable to access the Internet with my personal hotspot on when ORoaming.
Applicable to: ColorOS 5.1 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
1. Check if the personal hotspot is turned on and searchable. If not, it is recommended to contact the Service Center for help.
2. If unable to connect to the Internet with a personal hotspot connected, please confirm the type of ORoaming data package you purchased.
