What to do If You are Unable to Login the Line App?
Situation: You are unable to log in the Line App.
Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.
Please make sure to check the following:
Network
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Device
If there's no issue on your network and that connection is good but still having video/voice call issues, check these things:
- The number of apps running on the background. It may have consumed much of the CPU/RAM.
- Check if force stopping/closing all apps will improve the quality.
- Turn off the device and refresh the system and see if there is any improvement.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if the above 3 options don't work.
