What to Do If You Encounter Voice/Video Call Issues on the Line App?
Situation: You are unable to make a voice/video call using Line or the connection is slow and intermittent.
Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.
Please make sure to check the following:
Network
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Device
If there's no issue on your network and that connection is good but still having video/voice call issues, check these things:

The number of apps running in the background. It may have consumed much of the CPU/RAM.

Check if force stopping/closing all apps will improve the quality.

Turn off the device and refresh the system and see if there is any improvement.

Uninstall and reinstall the app if the above 3 options don't work.
