What to Do If You Encounter Voice/Video Call Issues on the Line App?

 
 

Situation: You are unable to make a voice/video call using Line or the connection is slow and intermittent.
Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

Please make sure to check the following:

Network

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. 


Device

If  there's no issue on your network and that connection is good but still having video/voice call issues, check these things:
  1. The number of apps running in the background. It may have consumed much of the CPU/RAM.

  2. Check if force stopping/closing all apps will improve the quality.

  3. Turn off the device and refresh the system and see if there is any improvement.

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app if the above 3 options don't work.
