What To Do If the Screen Pinning Option on OPPO Phone is Disabled/Grayed Out?

Situation: The Screen Pinning option on your device is grayed out.

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

The Screen Pinning option will be automatically disabled if the device is using Swipe-Up Gesture Navigation or Swipe Gestures from Both Sides instead of the Virtual Buttons.

To resolve this issue, set Virtual Key/Button Navigation.

For ColorOS 5.0 to 5.2. Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Navigation Keys] and tap [Virtual Key Navigation].

For ColorOS 6.0 and above. Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid]/[Convenience Tools] > [Navigation Keys]/[Navigation Button] and tap [Virtual Buttons].
