What to Do If I Can't Toggle On the Wi-Fi Switch?

Situation: You are unable to turn on Wi-Fi on your phone.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

1. Restart the phone.

2. Clear the Wireless Settings cache in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [Wireless Settings] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache].

3. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update your phone's software to the latest version.

5. If the issue still persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
