1. Purpose

In order to optimize the user experience, repair quotation requirements for components damages on the motherboard, antenna board, and FPC are proposed. All customer service personnel quotation, orders review of HQ and complaint judgments are executed in accordance with this document.

2. Scope

The special components include SIM card holders, TF card holders, and earphone jacks.

3. Specific requirements

3.1 SIM card holder and TF card holder：There are three welding design: welded on the PFC, welded on the Antenna board and welded on the motherboard 
Solution： If the SIM card holder and the TF card holder are welded on the FPC or antenna board, the corresponding fee of FPC or antenna board should be charged after replacement; If the holder is welded on the motherboard and the problem only results from the card holder, the motherboard with defective holder can be repaired in Warranty，and visual code “S000008”of defective material should be recorded to charge the fee of the defective holder; If the card pad on the motherboard is disconnected or broken, the motherboard fee will be charged.
3.2 Earphone jack： There are three welding design: welded on the PFC, welded on the Antenna board and welded on the motherboard.
Solution：If the earphone jack are welded on the FPC or antenna board, the corresponding fee of FPC or antenna board should be charged after replacement; If the earphone jack is welded on the motherboard and the problem only results from the welded jack, the motherboard with defective jack can be repaired in Warranty，and visual code “S000008” of defective material should be recorded to charge the fee of the defective jack; If the jack pad on the motherboard is disconnected or broken, the motherboard fee will be charged.

4. Recording Guidance

If the maintenance only charged damaged component fee when the board is replaced, the maintenance type is recorded as “IW +OOW”. 
4.1 Record the motherboard code in the “Defective material information”, and  record “IW” in the “defective type”；
4.2 For good material information
4.2.1 For the first line: Record the motherboard code in the “spare part code ”, and record “IW” in the “Good type”；
4.2.2 For the second line: Record the visual code “S000008” in the “spare part code”， and charge the actual fee. 

4.3 Record the card-related fault (such as Unable to detect SIM card, Unable to detect T card, or T-card/SIM card got stuck in device and cannot be retrieved) or earphone-related faults (such as failure in detecting earphone, earphone mode or abnormal earphone sound). 
4.4 Record “Other component malfunctions on the antenna board” in the fault cause.
