Situation: You are unable to open a photo attachment on your Gmail account.

If you are unable to open the attachment on your device, kindly do any the following:

• Clear the app's data/cache.

• Restart the phone.

• Make sure the phone's software is up to date aside from the app.

• Check if you have a stable internet connection.

• Use another device: on the desktop or another phone if you have one if the photo attachment can be opened.

• Make sure that your Gmail app is updated.
