Unable to Log In to Email on OPPO Phone

Syncing your Emails to your phone can enhance your productivity. You can get the notification in real-time and get the work done immediately. It is also easier to access everything and connect with everyone from time to time because your OPPO phone is always with you. But if you're having trouble logging in your Email to your OPPO Phone, you can try the steps we created for you below. 


Situation: You can't log in to your email account on your OPPO phone.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.


Unable to Log In to Email

Perform the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Ensure the phone is connected to the Internet and has a stable connection.

2. Check whether the email password is correct as it is case-sensitive.

3. Check if the email application is up to date. Open [Play Store] and on the top left corner, tap the menu icon , tap [My apps & games]. In the [Updates] tab, locate the email app and tap [Update].

 

4. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update your phone's software to the latest version.

5. For work emails, make sure to enter the correct server settings when you manually setup the email on the phone. Use other email apps such as Outlook or Gmail for work emails.

6. Clear the email app data and cache from [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Processes] > Select email application > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > Select email application > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

7. Uninstall and reinstall the email app (for third-party apps).

8. Allow all permissions of the email app in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Processes] > Select email application > [Permissions] and toggle on all permissions.

9. Try to reset your email password and log in again.

10. Check if you are able to log in on a PC or other devices.

11. Restart the phone.
