Why Can't I Log In to the Fitbit App on My OPPO Phone?
Situation: You are unable to log in to the Fitbit app on your OPPO phone.
Applicable to: ColorOS 3.2 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
If you can't log in to the Fitbit app, it’s often because you set the time manually on your phone. On your phone, go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Date & time] and toggle on [Automatically set Date & Time]. Try to log in to the app again.
