How to use OPPO smartphone's Assistive Ball

To configure the Assistive Ball menu
There are two configuration options you can choose from after enabling the Assistive Ball on your OPPO smartphone:
Gesture Operations: Below Gesture Operations, you can assign different actions to a single tap, double-tap, or long-press. For example, set "Home" to "Touch and hold," then you can long-press the Assistive Ball to go to the Home screen.
Tap Menu: There are five shortcuts to enable different features in Tap Menu. Tap a shortcut and change the option to the one you prefer. On any screen, tap the Assistive Ball to open the shortcut menu.
See the following steps to enable and configure your OPPO smartphone's Assistive Ball:
For ColorOS 13 and above: Go to [Settings] > [Additional settings] > [Assistive Ball] > enable the [Assistive Ball] by toggling the enable/disable button > then choose an operation mode.
For ColorOS 12: Go to [Settings] > [System settings] > [Assistive Ball] > enable the [Assistive Ball] by toggling the enable/disable button > then choose an operation mode.
For ColorOS 7.0 to 11.3: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience tools] > [Assistive Ball] > enable the [Assistive Ball] by toggling the enable/disable button > then choose an operation mode.
For ColorOS 6.0 to 6.1: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid] > [Assistive Ball] > enable the [Assistive Ball] by toggling the enable/disable button > then choose one operation mode.
For ColorOS 5.2: Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Assistive Ball] > enable the [Assistive Ball] by toggling the enable/disable button > then choose one operation mode.
Adjust the transparency of the Assistive Ball when not in use
You can adjust your Assistive Ball's opacity or transparency if it appears seamless.
For ColorOS 13 and above: [Settings] > [Additional settings] > [Assistive Ball] > drag the slider under Opacity.
For ColorOS 12: [Settings] > [System settings] > [Assistive Ball] > drag the slider under Opacity.
For ColorOS 7.0 to 11.3: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience tools] > [Assistive Ball] > drag the slider under the [Transparency of the assistive ball when Idling]
For ColorOS 6.0 to 6.1: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid] > [Assistive Ball], then drag the slider.
For ColorOS 5.2: Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Assistive Ball], then drag the slider.
Hide the Assistive Ball automatically in full-screen
See the steps below if you want the Assistive Ball to be hidden automatically.
For ColorOS 13 and above: [Settings] > [Additional settings] > [Assistive Ball] > enable [Hide in full screen].
For ColorOS 12: Go to [Settings] > [System settings] > [Assistive Ball] > enable [Hide in full screen].
For ColorOS 7.0 to 11.3: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience tools] > [Assistive Ball] > Enable [Hide ball automatically in full screen].
For ColorOS 6.0 to 6.1: Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid] > [Assistive Ball] and turn on [Auto-Hide in Full screen]. To reveal the Assistive Ball, pull it down from the top edge.
For ColorOS 5.2: Go to [Settings] > [Smart & Convenient] > [Assistive Ball] and turn on [Auto Hide in Full screen]. To reveal the Assistive Ball, pull it down from the top edge.
