Check according to the following steps:  Confirm whether the user is located in the tunnel, viaduct bottom, urban CBD and other sheltered environment or in the car. 

1. If it's in a sheltered environment, it's recommended to leave the environment and try.

2. If it is used in the car, it is recommended that the user should try to avoid the interference source of large current when using the navigation in the car, try to avoid completely sealed glass, and the upper part of the mobile phone should face and close to the window glass.
