Why An App of Your OPPO Can't Get Your Location Information?
You are traveling and need the location information badly, but it seems not working, and unable to pinpoint where you are exactly at the moment. You can check if you have a stable signal or check if the app your using has permitted location to work, and other fixes. Check the easy steps and other troubleshooting that you can do here!
Situation: You want to know the fixes you can do when an app is unable to find the device location.
Applicable to: All OPPO smartphones.
1. Move to a wide-open place for a stable signal.
2. Go to [Settings] > [App Management] and tap the application that is unable to access the location. Tap [Permissions], and toggle on [Location] to allow the app to obtain the location information.

3. Go to [Settings] > [Device & Privacy] > [Location]. Ensure [Location Service] is toggled on, and select [High Accuracy] for LOCATING MODE.
In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Security & Privacy] > [Location].

Note: High Accuracy mode uses GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network to determine location.
4. Update your phone software to the latest version. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates].
5. Restart the phone.
6. Uninstall the app and install it again.
