People Can't Hear Me During A Phone Call with My OPPO Find X3 Pro

The caller on the other line of OPPO Find X3 Pro can't hear me
There are a few factors why you can't hear the one you're talking to on the other line; it may be because of poor signal or a system issue. See if this issue gets solved by the following steps:
1. Check the signal strength at both the caller and receiver ends. The poor signal on either end can affect the clarity of sound.
2. Check if the call is a default phone call or from a third-party call app. If it's from a third-party call app, try updating the application.
3. Ensure your microphone is working. You can try recording using the Recorder app.
4. Connect an earphone to the phone to check if the other person can hear.
5. Update your phone's software. Go to [Settings] > Tap on [Software Update] > Download and then install if there's an available update.
6. Clear the cache and data of the [Phone] app. To do this, go to [Settings] > [App Management] > tap the two-dots icon at the top right corner > tap [Show system] > [Phone] app > [Storage usage] > [Clear Data].
7. Do a diagnostics on your OPPO Find X3 Pro through the Phone Manager. Go to the [Tools] folder on your home screen > tap [Phone Manager] > [Diagnostics] > [Continue] > Unselect all the options and just select [Audio], then [Run diagnostics] and follow the on-screen instructions. If the diagnostics the result turned as Error or unable to detect the problem, you may need to go to your nearest OPPO Customer Service Center with your proof of purchase and warranty card for further assistance.
