People Can't Hear Me During A Call on OPPO A74 5G

The caller on the other line of OPPO A74 5G can't hear me 

There are a few factors why you can't hear the one you're talking to on the other line; it may be because of poor signal or a system issue. See if this issue gets solved by the following steps:

1. Check the signal strength at both the caller and receiver ends. The poor signal on either end can affect the clarity of sound.

2. Check if the call is a default phone call or from a third-party call app. If it's from a third-party call app, try updating the application.

3. Ensure your microphone is working. You can try recording using the Recorder app.

4. Connect an earphone to the phone to check if the other person can hear.

5. Update your phone's software: Go to [Settings] > Tap on [Software Update] > Download and then install if there's an available update.

6. Clear the cache and data of the [Phone] app: To do this, go to [Settings] > Tap on [App Management] > Then go to [App List] > Go to the [Phone] app > Tap on [Clear Data] and [Clear Data].

• If you can't see the [Phone] app on your Application List, tap on this iconand then select > [Show System]. This will unhide the system applications on your OPPO A74 5G.
