How to get started:

On any smartphone purchase page, simply enter your PIN code and answer a few quick evaluation questions about your current device. You will receive an instant valuation, which will be applied as a discount on your new phone order.

Collection & Final Check:

Once you place your order, your old device will be collected right at your doorstep. Our delivery partner will perform a quick physical evaluation at the time of delivery to ensure everything matches your description.

Q2:Why is the exchange program not available in my region?

Our Exchange Program runs in partnership with Cashify. Service availability depends on local policies, logistics, partner reviews and campaign rules.

If your region is unsupported, the service has not launched here yet. We are working with Cashify to expand coverage. Follow our OPPO official store or contact support for the latest updates.

Q3:Why is there no bonus for the device I want to exchange?

Exchange subsidies (bonuses) are part of specific promotional campaigns managed by our operations team. While many devices are eligible for base recycling value, not all models will have an additional subsidy at all times.

The specific model you are inquiring about may not currently be part of an active subsidy campaign. We recommend keeping an eye on our OPPO official store or product pages for future updates, or exploring other eligible models that may offer a bonus.

Q4 :Deferred Exchange – Pickup & Bonus

1. Explore Program Benefit

New device delivery will happen first and the old device pickup will happen later by Cashify, our designated partner. Recommended in case you need time to transfer data from old phone to new phone.

2. Find out how much your device is worth

Find out if Exchange is available in your area by entering your pincode. Answer few simple questions to get your device value.

3. Proceed to Pay full value for now

Proceed to pay full value of the new device. Our Exchange Partner will connect with you to settle exchange payment after new phone is delivered.

4. Get the delivery of New Phone

New phone will be delivered as estimated. Back-up to your new phone and erase your old device data before collection. If exchange is unsuccessful, new phone delivery will remain unaffected.

5. Get Contacted by Cashify Agent

Our designated external partner, Cashify, will contact you within 2 days of delivery to schedule collection. The device value, determined by Cashify, is paid instantly after pickup, with Exchange cashback credited within 10 days.
