Services Covered Under Multi-Region Warranty
Warranty Service
Customers can avail free warranty repairs at OPPO Authorized Service Centers by presenting valid proof of purchase and warranty details. Services are provided in accordance with OPPO’s warranty terms and local service center policies. Any applicable labor charges will follow regional guidelines.
Out-of-Warranty Repair
If the device is no longer under warranty or does not meet warranty conditions, repair services are still available at OPPO Authorized Service Centers. Charges for spare parts and labor will apply based on local service policies.
System Upgrade Support
Free system upgrade services are offered at OPPO Authorized Service Centers. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before visiting, as system upgrades may result in data loss.
