Allows users to acquire repairs without having to leave their phones in an OPPO store, but instead directly ship the device to the closest OPPO Service Centers and instantly communicate with our OPPO Service Staff.
The customer must go to the nearest logistics company, and both the receiver's and the customer's shipping addresses must be complete and accurate.
Shipping fee: Customer to Service Center -Shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Service Center to Customer - Shipping cost will be covered by the service center.
