What are the Supported Services in OPPO International Warranty Service?

Situation: You want to know what services are covered in OPPO International Warranty Service (IWS).

Applicable to: Reno 10x Zoom, Find X, Find X2 series, Find X3 series, Find X5 series, Find N2 Flip, Find X6 series, Find N3 series and Find X7 series.

Warranty Service. Bring your device, receipt, and warranty card to a local service center. OPPO International Warranty Service will be available once testing declares your device is in warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs. For devices that warranty period has expired or not covered by warranty, you can replace damaged spare parts with a charge*. Spare parts prices are subject to local conditions. Available spare parts are as follows: 

• Mainboard

• Screen assembly

• Battery

• Battery cover

• Other spare parts

* Some spare parts may vary in appearance and function due to differences in local laws, restrictions, product safety qualification standards. Please contact local service centers for further details.

System Upgrade Service. Bring your device to the call center and we will upgrade it to the newest version.
