OPPO Reno's Notification Center and Status Bar
Your OPPO smartphone's Status Bar and Notification Center are where you can see some of your phone's running applications/features and your notifications from different apps. To know more about your OPPO Reno's Notification Center and Status Bar, continue reading the simple guide we created below.
Notifications
You may now hide those notifications just by choosing unimportant notifications so you will have a cleaner and spacious look on the screen.
Hide notifications: Tap on
to hide notifications. To unhide notifications tap
then tap
if you want to erase all notifications.
Note: This option may not be available on some OPPO Reno phones.View all notifications: Swipe down from the very top to view recent notifications.
Open the app to respond: Tap a notification to go to the related app.
Note: When the phone screen is locked, swipe the notification to the right/left. You may need to enter your phone's security passcode/password to view the notification's full detail.Dismiss notifications: Swipe the notification to the left/right, then tap [Delete]. Or you could tap
to dismiss all your notifications.
Manage your notification settings: Swipe the notification to the left, tap the Settings icon. Alternatively, go to [Settings] > [Notification & Status Bar] > select an app, and choose from the options to display your message notifications.
Note: This option may not be available on some OPPO Reno phones.
Allow notification in lock screen: Go to [Settings] > [Notifications & Status Bar] and turn its slider to green. A notification will prompt you even if your screen is locked.
On some OPPO Reno phones that run on different ColorOS versions: Go to [Settings] > [Notifications & status bar] > [Manage notifications] > [Lock screen notifications] > choose between [Display title and body] and [Display title only].
Show data usage at the top of the notification bar: Go to [Settings] > [Notifications & Status Bar] > [More settings] > [Display data usage in notification drawer]. Your daily and monthly data usage will display at the top of the notification bar.
Set app's notification as unimportant: Go to [Settings] > [Notifications & Status Bar] > [Manage Notifications] > select an app > [Device-level notifications] > [Set as Unimportant Notifications].
On some OPPO Reno phones that run on different ColorOS versions: Go to [Settings] > [Notifications & Status Bar] > [Manage Notifications] > select an app > enable and disable the notification features according to your preference.
Status Bar
Status icons are displayed on the status bar, indicating, for instance, wireless connectivity, battery status, and time.
Display features on status bar
On some OPPO Reno phones: Go to [Settings] > [Notification & status bar] > enable the sliders for [Battery percentage] and [Real-time network speed] > as for the Notification prompt, tap on the [Notification icons] > then choose between [Icons], [Notification count], or [Do not show].
Or go to [Settings] > [Notifications & status bar] > [Status bar] > [Battery percentage] and choose [Inside battery icon], [Outside battery icon] or [Do not show]. And toggle [Real-time network speed] to enable to appear in the status bar.
