Notice about Netflix cannot play the HD videos

Recently we received many feedbacks that HD videos cannot be played when using the Netflix App

Find X2 Pro, Find X2, Reno4, Reno4 Pro, Reno5
3. Solution
When users report this problem, you need to verify their Widevine level first. Please guide the customers install DRM info in Google Play and check the widevine level:
If the user indicates that the Security Level is L3, then:
CC: Needs to record the IMEI and the software version (Settings-About phone-Version-Build number), feedback to the local person in charge, and the local person in charge then feeds back to the technical support of the headquarters. After the IMEI send to the server, the issue can be solved by sending the APK to the customers.
Notice: If the customers feedback that the issue is not solved after running the APK, please guide them to Service Center.
