No ringtone for incoming video calls when using Facebook Messenger
Learn how to fix the no ringtone issue for incoming calls when using Facebook Messenger.

Recently we got feedback from customers that there is no ringtone for an incoming video call when using Facebook Messenger (version: 164.0.0.24.95)
This is caused by an error on Facebook Messenger version 164.0.0.24.95. When the ringtone is enabled to work for video call, the audio path gets an error. The upcoming version 166.0.0.19.91 of the Facebook Messenger will fix this issue and will be on Google Play next week. Please stay tune until the latest version will be available on Google Play.
