How Do You Use Call Barring to Block Incoming and Outgoing Calls
Did you know that your OPPO smartphone has a built-in call barring feature that allows you to block incoming and outgoing calls? This feature is particularly useful when you need to avoid distractions, such as during important meetings. It provides you with the flexibility to manage your calls effectively and maintain focus. For ColorOS 13 and above
Go to [Phone] application > then tap on the [] icon > [Block & filter] > [Block calls] > you can choose to enable the following, [Block all calls], [Block all unknown numbers], [Block one-ring calls], [Block calls from private numbers], [Block calls by region].
For ColorOS 12
Go to [Phone] application > then tap on the [] icon > [Advanced settings] > [Call barring] and wait for your OPPO phone to finish reading the settings. Please note that this process may take some time.
For ColorOS 11.0 to 11.1:
Go to your OPPO smartphone's [Phone] application, then tap on the [] icon > go to [Settings] > select [Calling accounts] > [Carrier call settings] > [Call barring] > wait for your OPPO phone to finish reading the settings. Please note that this process may take some time.
For ColorOS 7.0 to 7.2:
Go to the [ Phone] app > tap the [Phone] tab > tap the 2-dots icon [
] in the upper right corner > [Settings] > [Carrier Call Settings] > [Call Barring] > [Select SIM Card].
While on the Call Barring page
Toggle on/off the preferred call, barring the option for outgoing and incoming calls.
To turn off all call-barring options, tap [Cancel all Restrictions]. (Skip if not necessary.)
Enter the barring password to confirm.
Note: The default barring password is 0000. If the default password does not work, contact your service provider to provide it.
To turn on/ off Call barring on Google Phone
Go to the [ Phone] app on the home screen > [3-dotted] icon at the upper right > [Settings] > [Calling accounts] > [Advanced settings] > [Call barring].
