I cannot load the HeyFun homepage. What should I do?

You can use the following methods to fix this issue: 

4.1 If you are using a Wi-Fi network, switch to another one and try again.

4.2 If you are using the mobile network, make sure your phone has sufficient credit.

4.3 Go to Settings > APP management > App List> find the HeyFun app>Data usage details> Disselect "Disable mobile data" and"Disable Wifi".
