Answer/End Calls

Double-tap on either side of your Enco W11 headphones to answer or end calls during a call.

Music Control

• Play/ pause music by a single tap on either earphone.

• Double-tap Right earphone to skip to the next track and double-tap left earphone to switch to the previous track.

Adjusting Volume

Press and hold the right earphone to increase the volume and left earphone to decrease.

 

Activating Voice Assistant

Triple tap on either side of the earphone to activate the digital assistant of your phone.
