How to Set Up Network Connection During the Set Up Wizard

Connecting a smartphone device to a network during the initial setup process is important to ensure optimal configuration settings. This will help us provide you with improved service and functionality. Please read the following article to ensure your OPPO smartphone is properly connected to a network.

Set Up Your OPPO Phone's Network Connection

Certain devices require a network connection during initial setup to ensure optimal configuration and better service. We recommend a Wi-Fi connection, but SIM data can also be used, although there may be minimal data traffic costs. If using Wi-Fi, select the network on the Wi-Fi connection screen and tap [Next].  If Wi-Fi is unavailable, insert your SIM card and activate your eSIM if necessary, then tap [Skip] on the Wi-Fi connection screen to proceed with the setup using cellular data.
