How to Associate HeyTap ID/OPPO ID to Reset Passcode on My OPPO Phone?

 

Situation: You want to associate your HeyTap ID/OPPO ID to reset the privacy passcode.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Some services may require ColorOS 5.0 and above, please check directly on your phone. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

*HeyTap ID/OPPO ID are terms that can be used interchangeably.

Associate OPPO ID

Go to [Settings] > [Fingerprint, Face & Passcode] > [Privacy Passcode] and enter the privacy passcode. Toggle on [Associate HeyTap ID/OPPO ID] and register or sign in with your HeyTap ID/OPPO ID.
