Does Clipboard Data Automatically Delete on OPPO Reno10?

🔐 Clipboard Data and Gboard

On the OPPO Reno10, the default keyboard is Gboard. When you copy text or images using Gboard, the clipboard data is automatically managed to protect your privacy and free up memory.

By default, Gboard automatically deletes clipboard contents after a short duration (typically around 1 hour). This means your copied data won’t remain stored indefinitely, reducing the chances of accidental pasting or unauthorized access.

📌 Pinning Clipboard Items

If you want to keep certain copied content longer, Gboard allows you to pin items to your clipboard:

  1. Copy the desired text or image.

  2. Open any text input field and tap the clipboard icon on Gboard.

  3. Tap the pin icon next to the item you want to keep.

  4. Pinned items won’t be deleted automatically.

🛠 Need Help?

If clipboard options are not appearing or Gboard isn't set as your default keyboard:

Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Keyboard & Input Method] > Current Keyboard > Select [Gboard]
