Other cloud services backup: If you have used other cloud services, it is recommended that you log in to the relevant service to confirm whether the photos/videos are backed up.
How to Restore Apps or App Data:
If you delete built-in apps, you can recover them through the Settings. Go to [Settings] > [Apps] > *[Recove System Apps].
If the app cannot be recovered in the settings given above, it is recommended that you download and install it from the Google Play Store.
If you want to recover app data, such as chat history from LINE, you need to check the settings within the app to see if there is a backup available.
Note:
*This is only applicable to ColorOS 7 and above.
There is no option to back up and recover app data directly on the phone.
Please also note that not all apps provide the function of backing up app data. It is recommended that you save the data you need before clearing data and uninstalling the apps.
Important Reminders:
To safeguard your information, the phone will only store data on its internal storage. It will not automatically back up any data unless you have activated cloud sync or another cloud service. It is advisable to recall if you have utilized such a service and attempt to recover the backup.
To ensure the safety of your important information, we recommend regularly back up all your important data.
Currently, SMS does not feature a recently deleted option, making it nearly impossible to recover without a backup.
* Pictures, setting, and paths might differ from those of your phones, but these won't affect the description in this article.
