Will My Previous Synced/ Backed Up Files in HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud Be Removed If I Discontinue to Pay for the Storage Plan?

 

Situation: You want to discontinue the Cloud storage plan, but worried about the existing files in your Cloud storage.

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

*HeyTap ID/OPPO ID or HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud are terms that can be used interchangeably.

No, your synced or backed up files won’t be removed from the storage you purchased in the previous month. However, you won’t be allowed to sync or back up more files to the storage if you don’t continue with the storage plan.
