How to backup/sync your personal data via HeyTap Cloud
Situation
It can securely save your locally stored data such as pictures, videos, contacts and recordings to the cloud to protect the security of you data. When your locally stored data is lost unexpectedly or you need to switch to a new device, you can quickly recover your data from the cloud at any time.
Note:HeyTap Cloud is only available in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore for ColorOS 5.0 and above device; Japan, Taiwan for ColorOS 6.0 and above device.
Below are the steps to help you backup/sync your personal data to HeyTap Cloud.
1. Login your HeyTap account on your mobile device
HeyTapCloud is depend on HeyTap account, they are corresponding. Your data would be saved in the Cloud of one account. You need to login your own HeyTap account if you want to upload/restore your personal data on HeyTap Cloud.
2. Confirm which feature you want
There are three features in HeyTap Cloud to meet different needs of users: Auto backup, Data sync and Cloud Drive.
â‘ Auto backup: backup settings data and multimedia, you get a backup record after each time auto backup.
â‘¡Data sync: Sync your photos, contacts, recordings, private safe, browser, Wi-Fi. Can keep the data on device is the same as the data in Cloud.
â‘¢Cloud Drive: You can backup the large files such as your image, video, audio, document.
3. Conditions
You would need to meet the conditions in order to backup/sync the data successfully.
4.Others
You can also clear the data of HeyTap Cloud and upgrade ColorOS version, if unable to backup/sync your data.
•Clear data of HeyTap Cloud via [Settings] > [App Management] > [App List] > [HeyTapCloud/ OPPO Cloud] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Data].
•Update the phone ColorOS version and restart your mobile device.
