Why is the ORoaming Service Duration Not Starting from 24 Hours after Service is Activated?

Situation: You have activated the ORoaming service, but the service is still not starting from 24 hours after activation. 

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.1 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

 If you have manually adjusted the time and date, enable the [Automatically set Date & Time] option in [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Date & time] to adjust the phone time. Optionally, change the time zone to local time manually.
