Why Does the ORoaming Service Fail to Activate?
Learn how to activate ORoaming.
Applicable for ColorOS 5.1 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
Complete the following steps to activate ORoaming.
1. Activate the service when customer is located in a base station with good signal (downtown or crowded places).
2. Restart the phone and then activate ORoaming.
3. Clear cache and data of ORoaming in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [ORoaming] > [Storage Usage] and then try again (under good network connection).
4. Apply for refund and then order new data package.
