Why Can't I Tap On the Activate button for ORoaming?
Situation: You were unable to activate ORoaming.
Applicable to: ColorOS 5.1 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
Complete the following steps to activate ORoaming.
1. Make sure that you have arrived at your destination before performing steps.
2. Using your dial pad, directly dial 911 or 112 emergency number (available without SIM card), hang up once connected and then confirm whether it can be activated or not. If not, perform the step below.
3. Insert a SIM card that can search signal. When the signal is searched, the Activate button can be tapped. If not, perform the step below.
4. Clear cache and data of ORoaming in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [ORoaming] > [Storage Usage] and then try again (under good network connection).
