What is Super Power Saving Mode in OPPO Reno4 Series?
The new Super power saving mode for Reno4 Series can meet your urgent needs when the battery level is extremely low. With just 5% battery left, you can still chat on WhatsApp for up to 1.5 hours*. Under Super power saving mode, a series of power saving strategies such as CPU frequency adjustment and screen brightness adjustment is used, and at the same time adopts targeted power saving strategies for specific apps is used to save the battery. For instance, WeChat under Super power saving mode, is turned to dark mode and the delivery of messages is extended with an interval to improve battery life.

In Super power saving mode, six apps can be opened, among which Phone, Messages, and browser are default but changeable, and the remaining three can be selected by the user. At 10% and 5% power, a window will pop up to remind you to turn on the Super power saving mode. You can also manually turn on the Super power saving mode using these 2 ways:
from the phone Settings: Go to [Settings] > [Battery] and toggle on [Super power saving mode].
from the Control Center: Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the [Control Center]. Then, tap on the [Power saving mode] icon. If you are unable to see the Super power saving mode icon, tap the Edit icon
on the upper-right corner, hold and drag the icon from the bottom section to upward.
Once enabled, the real-time data for the remaining power will be displayed on the screen.
*The displayed remaining battery power may vary from device to device. To ensure accuracy in testing, "5% battery" is defined as the equivalent of 5% of a 4000mAh battery, i.e., 200mAh. 2% power consumption can support standby for 8 hours at night.
