How AI VoiceScribe works
Getting overwhelmed with words in a meeting or a call? The AI VoiceScribe can help you get your work done easily.
Once activated, this AI-enabled feature captures the audio from an ongoing call from a supported app and converts it into real-time transcribed text, directly saved in your Notes application for later review.
How to enable AI VoiceScribe
There are three ways to enable this feature.
Smart Sidebar: Slide to open the floating bar and tap the [AI VoiceScribe] icon.
Control Center: Slide from the top to open the Control Center, then look for the [AI VoiceScribe] icon.
Settings: Go to [Settings] > [Accessibility & Convenience] > [AI VoiceScribe].
What are the Supported Applications
Third-party communication tools. (The participants in three-party calls will receive a notification when audio is being recorded.) These apps include the following:
Signal, Instagram, Telegram, WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Rakuten Viber Messenger and Snapchat.
Online meeting platforms. (The participants in the meeting will receive a notification when the audio is being recorded.)
Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, Skype, and Webex Meetings.
Video software: No restrictions.
