What’s Happening?
The AI Writer / AI Assistant feature is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue on the service side. This is not related to your phone’s hardware or individual device settings.
What You Need to Know
Your OPPO device hardware is working normally
Other system features and apps are not affected
Reinstalling apps, clearing data, or performing a factory reset will not restore the feature at this time
Since this is a backend service issue, device-level troubleshooting will not resolve it.
What OPPO Is Doing
OPPO’s technical team is actively working on a fix
Service restoration is already in progress
User feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to help speed up resolution
