What is AI Search on OPPO Phones and How Do I Use It
AI Search is designed to help you locate content on your OPPO phone even when you do not remember exact keywords or file locations. Instead of relying on precise titles or names, AI Search understands natural language and partial descriptions, making it easier to find saved information quickly.
This feature goes beyond basic search. AI Search can look through notes, recordings, files, photos, and Mind Space content, then organize and analyze the results. It can also summarize related information based on Mind Space search results, helping you review content more efficiently.
What AI Search Can Find
AI Search supports searching across multiple types of content stored on your device, including:
Notes and text entries
Voice recordings and transcriptions
Files and documents
Photos and images
Mind Space memories and summaries
By combining results from different sources, AI Search reduces the need to open multiple apps to locate related information.
How to Enable AI Search
To turn on AI Search, follow these steps:
Go to [Settings] > [AI] >Toggle AI Search on. .
How to Use AI Search
Once enabled, you can start searching in two ways:
Swipe down on the Home screen to open Global Search, then type what you are looking for.
Wake the Voice Assistant and say what you want to find.
You do not need to use exact keywords. Describing the content or context is usually enough for AI Search to return relevant results.
Compatibility Notes
AI Search availability depends on your device model and software version. If you do not see the AI Search option under [Settings] > [AI], your device does not support this feature. Always refer to the actual interface on your phone for confirmation.
Note:
AI Search helps simplify content retrieval by allowing flexible, natural searches across multiple apps and data types. By organizing and summarizing results automatically, it makes finding saved information faster and more intuitive on supported OPPO devices.
