What Can I Do If An Audio/Video File Can't Be Played or Viewed on My OPPO Phone?
Situation: You are unable to play an audio/ video on your phone.
Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.
This issue could be due to several reasons such as:
-
The video is corrupted.
-
The phone's software is not updated.
-
The video's file is in an unsupported format.
1. Check if the audio/video file is compatible with the phone. If the issue only occurs to one video/audio due to unsupported file format, install a third party app to convert the file into a format which is compatible with your phone.
-
Video file supported format: 3GP, AVI, FLV, MKV, MP4, WMV, ASF and MOV
