Unable to Pair OPPO Enco W31 Headphones with OPPO Phones
Unable to Pair OPPO Enco W31 Headphones with OPPO Phones
Situation: The OPPO Enco W31 headphones can be searched, but won't connect to any OPPO phones.
Applicable to: OPPO Enco W31 Headphones.
This issue may occur if you connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi when using Bluetooth. Since Bluetooth and WLAN share the same antenna and work in the same 2.4GHz band, when the amount of data transmitted by WLAN is large, Bluetooth will be interfered and the connection will be unstable.
Perform the following troubleshooting steps and continue to the next step if issue persists:
1. Turn off the Wi-Fi temporarily and reconnect the Bluetooth headset.
2. Activate the pairing mode. Place the headphones in the Charging Case and leave the lid open.
For normal pairing, turn on Bluetooth on the phone, search and select [OPPO Enco W31] to reconnect.
For quick pairing, hold headphones near the unlocked OPPO phone, then follow the onscreen instructions.
3. Reset the Bluetooth pairing. Place the headphones back in the charging case and keep the lid open. Press and hold the Function button on the charging case until the Indicator blinks. The headphones are now available for pairing with a new device. Then, turn on Bluetooth on the phone, tap [Search] and select [OPPO Enco W31].
4. If these fails, factory reset the Enco W31 headphones. With the headphones in the Charging Case and lid open, press and hold the Function button until the Indicator flashes red three times. Then, the headphones have been restored to factory settings. Repeat Step 2 to pair again.
If the issue persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your headphones, charging case, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
