Why does the screen not display the call information when there is a call?

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are two methods to solve the issue. Please follow the steps to update the Google Phone App to solve the issue. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Option One:
1. Click Google Play
2. Search 'Phone by Google' in Google Play
3. Click and update

Option Two:
1. Click Google Play
2. Enter 'My apps and games' by the homepage avatar
3. Find the App 'Phone by Google' and update
