1. Background
There is No Service (a circle on the Status Bar) problems with A37 according to the recent feedback of part of regions: the problem can not be solved after flashing, and the main board needs to be replaced.
2. Reason
There is a probability failure on a component of the A37 main board.
3. Solutions
When the service center receives the feedback of the problem mentioned before, the “Flashing” should be first carried out according to ”Flash Specifications for the Service Centers”. If the machine can’t be recovered after flashing:
The PCB number from 9th to 12th represents the year, month and day of the production date of the main board. As shown below, the number “8403”represents the production date of the main board---2018.4.03( April 3, 2018).
Note： The number of PCB is fixed. If there is English letter in the PCB number, the letter will be represented the production month. Refer to the corresponding rule to check the month: A--October; B--November; C- -December.

- If the machine is under warranty, the main board can be replaced for free.
- If the machine is out of warranty, the PCB number of the main board needs to be checked：Input the *#888# on the dialing interface to check the PCB number.
- If the production date of the main board is before （include）October 31, 2017, the main board can be replaced for free.
Record Guidance: Record “IW” in “Maintenance Type”. Record “IW” in ”Acceptive Type”, and the Quality Record needs to be put on record.
- If the production date of the main board is after October 31, 2017, the full fee of the main board should be charged.
Record Guidance: Record “Out of warranty” in "Maintenance Type". Record “ Maintenance” in " Acceptive Type".
