Switch to Previous App by Swipe Gestures
ColorOS provides multiple navigation methods to navigate through your phone. In ColorOS 7, two new navigation methods have been added to your OPPO phone i.e. Swipe gestures from both sides and two-button navigation. Both these methods allow you to navigate more easily and conveniently. This navigation method is especially useful for devices with large and curved screens. You can use swipe gestures to go back, open the recent menu, go home & switch to the previous app. The new navigation gesture will provide a better visual experience that is fast and smooth to operate the phone. Applicable to: ColorOS 7.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone/About Device].
How to Switch to the previous app by Swipe Gestures
For ColorOS 12 and above:
Go to [Settings] > [System Settings]/[Additional Settings] > [System Navigation] > Select [Gestures].
Note: To use the switch to the previous app function first, you need to enable Switch to Previous App. Go to [Settings] > [System Settings]/[Additional Settings]> [System Navigation] > enable [Switch to Previous App].
For ColorOS 7 till ColorOS 11:
Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid] > [Navigation Keys]/[Navigation Buttons] > enable [Switch to Previous App].
Note: To use the switch to the previous app function first, you need to enable Swipe Gestures from both sides. Go to [Settings] > [Convenience Aid] > [Navigation Keys] > enable [Swipe Gestures from Both Sides].
