How to resolve this issue with the step tracker

Update Shelf App:

  1. Open the Google Play Store or your device's built-in app market.

  2. Search for [Shelf].

  3. If an update is available, tap [Update].


Check for App Updates:

  1. Navigate to [Settings] > [Apps] > [App management].

  2. Locate and tap [Shelf].

  3. Select [App info].

  4. Look for the App version. If it's not 14.6.2, tap [Update] (if available).
