Restart or Turn Off Your Phone

If something isn't working right, try to restart your phone.

 

To restart the phone, you can:

l  Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for more than 3 seconds, and then drag the white-colored power icon up to restart

l Press and hold the Power Button and volume-up button at the same time for more than 10 seconds.

 

To turn off the phone, Press and hold the Power Button for more than 3 seconds, and then drag the white-colored button downwards.
