Hello,if you are playing Arena of Valor and you cannot hear the background sound of the game when your teammates/self are talking,this is the setting of Arena of Valor itself to ensure that you and your teammates can hear clearly during the game,this is normal.You can also adjust the media volume (game background sound) and call volume (call sound) to achieve a sound level that you feel comfortable.
Method:Enter the game > Start the game > Press the volume key on the left side of the phone > The volume bar pops up > Click the 2 points below the volume bar > 5 volume bars appear > Adjust the media volume and call volume. (From left to right: Media volume, Ringtone volume, Notification volume, Alarm volume, Call volume)
Note:After entering the game, you need to open the game to have 5 volume bars (there are 4 volume bars when playing alone), there are only 4 volume bars when the game is not turned on or just playing the phone.
