More Options in Photo

There are some options available in Photo option in Camera Settings:

  1. Lens Focal Length: This setting allows you to adjust the camera’s focal length for different shooting effects, which can change the perspective of your photos.

  2. QR code scanning: This feature enables the camera to scan QR codes directly, making it easier to access web pages or digital information quickly.

  3. Portrait distortion correction: This option helps to adjust and correct any distortion that may occur when taking portrait shots, ensuring that subjects appear more natural and flattering.

Use of Shooting Methods

  • Tap to capture/Touch to take Photo: This option will allow you to capture a photo by tapping anywhere in the frame.

  • Show Palm/ Use gesture to take photo: This option will allow the camera to capture the photo once the palm is shown on the screen.

Important Notes:

For Tap to capture option:

  1. Position your subject in the frame and ensure that the focus is on them.

  2. Simply tap anywhere on the screen where the subject is visible to take a photo. This gives you flexibility in framing your shot without needing to press a dedicated shutter button.

  3. Experiment with different angles and distances to see how tap-to-capture works best for you.

For Show Palm option:

  1. Hold your smartphone steady and ensure the front camera is facing you.

  2. Extend your palm facing the camera until it is recognized (you might see a visual countdown).

  3. This feature is useful for selfies or group shots as it allows you to pose without needing to press a button, letting you focus on framing the perfect shot.

For Portrait Distortion correction:

  1.  Position your subject in the centre of the frame to get the best results. This helps to minimize any distortion and ensures that the effect is applied evenly.

  2. Experiment with the distance between the camera and your subject. Standing slightly further away can help reduce distortion, especially if shooting close-up portraits.
