Overseas Customer Service Guide for Models of A33 series
1. Purpose
Due to the long listing period and a variety of model versions for A33 series, it’s inconvenient for the factory to regulate the inventory and for the overseas aftersales to prepare the inventory and operate the repair;
2. Scope
All OPPO service centers overseas;
3. Models involved
Models of A33 series: A33w/A33f/A33fw; “C1&A33f”in Bangladesh; “Mirror 5 Lite” in Thailand； “Neo7” in other countries and regions;
4. Specific Rules
4.1.
Since all models of A33 series differ from each other only in the motherboard and the antenna board, the difference between motherboards and antenna boards needs to be taken into account when motherboards or antenna boards needs replacing;
4.2. The project code will correspond to the shipped area
(Way to search the Project code: the first seven digits of the PCBA number, for example: PCBA number 0015095***** corresponds to the project code -15095)

4.4. Replacement relations among models of A33 series：
4.4.1 The motherboards of model 15092 can be replaced by those of model 15093/15303/15095 and the corresponding antenna boards must be replaced in a complete set, but the motherboards of model 15093/15303/15095 cannot be replaced by the motherboards of model 15092;
4.4.2 The motherboards of model 15093 can be replaced by those of model 15303/15095 and the corresponding antenna boards must be replaced in a complete set, but the motherboards of 15303/15095 cannot be replaced by motherboards of model 15093;
4.4.3 The motherboards of model 15301 can be replaced by those of model 15303/15095 and the corresponding antenna boards must be replaced in a complete set, but the motherboards of 15303/15095 cannot be replaced by motherboards of model 15301;
4.4.4 The motherboards of model 15303 can be replaced by that of model15095 and the corresponding antenna boards must be replaced in a complete set, but the motherboards of 15095 cannot be replaced by motherboards of model 15303;
4.4.5 The motherboards of model 15095 cannot be replaced by those of other, models; the motherboards of model 15095 can replace the other four models, and the corresponding antenna boards must be replaced in a complete set.
